There a quite a few. TYPE3, Breezes, BABE MK3, Exnem, Type V, Robert, Malos, Naouak, BEWARE OF GIRL, SKINNY, Growlfs.
The ones I mentioned first are the more popular ones. Check out the top 100 for for the best adult mods. There are companions for Cherry, Sydney, Bittercup etc. Who will gladly follow you, kill bad guys, and voluntarily not wear anything.

Literally.As for myself.well I mod nearly every aspect of the game. And I run a body replacer, Type 3 for females and Breeze's for males(Both genders have underwear on similar to vanilla if you strip them of their armor).
FOMM says I have 112 active plugins at the moment, and that doesn't count the simple skin/animation replacers that don't have some sort of plugin. But there's some mods even I won't install. Porno mods and super-skimpy microbikinis with magical Power Armor DR's are two such types of mods.

Hell there's probably a more compelling reason to whore out post-war than pre-war. Pre-war you just get a few bucks and and STD. Post-war you might just live to see another day instead of getting torn asunder by a Yao Guai.
