I read many years ago that English 'health' and Sanskrit swasthya are distant cognates. The /h/ is parallel to the /sv/.

I was recently googling for more information on this connection (it it called a proto-Indo-European cognate?) but couldn't find anything. Can someone confirm this connection for me, perhaps briefly explain it, and offer any more words in English which have an h/sw cognate relationship?I speak Urdu/Hindi and am familiar with the satem/centum division, I just need specific information on /h/sw/ and health/swasth.
